In Room 8, we read a sophisticated picture book called The Fox and the Star, which features detailed illustrations of the main characters and other wildlife. We were inspired to create prints of these pictures. We pressed our images into printing foam after we drew our designs on paper. All we needed was a sharp pencil. We learned about opposites and how if you create an indent, this appears as white in your print. Some of our prints came out quite unexpectedly. The best part was pouring paint all over the bench!
